Returns, Cancellations and Shipping Supplemental Policy

This Returns, Cancellations and Shipping Supplemental Policy (this “Policy”) is an integral part of and is incorporated into the Bio Clarity LLC (“BioClarity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) terms of use document for the www.bioclarity.com website (the “Website”) which terms are located at https://www.bioclarity.com/pages/terms-of-use (the “Terms of Use”).  Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

1. Money Back Guaranty.  

• If you are dissatisfied with any of the Products that you purchase through the Website, we enable you to utilize our money back guaranty policy and return each such Product within thirty (30) days of the delivery date of such Product.  In order to process the return, you must provide us with the unused portion of the returned Product(s) with your order number for a refund of the purchase amount.  Please note that shipping and handling fees, including return shipping and handling fees, are not refundable, unless we determine that your order arrived damaged in which case we will pay for your return shipping. Also, Products received as free gifts, using free promo offers or from gift card purchases may not be returned (either for credit or refund) and are not subject to our Money Back Guaranty. Our Money Back Guaranty applies for a period of thirty (30) days only from the delivery date of the Product being returned.   

• In addition to the above Money Back Guaranty, returns may also be made for any defects in the materials or workmanship of a Product purchased from the Website.  However, your right to make use of this return policy is subject to your obligation to notify us immediately of any such defect, and in no event any later than three (3) days after the delivery date of such Product.  And this return policy will not apply for any damage or defects caused by (in whole or in part): (i) your storage of the Product; (ii) a failure to follow the Product instructions or any other improper use; (iii) any modifications of the Product not made by Bio Clarity; (iv) the use of a Product with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter not provided or authorized in writing by Bio Clarity; or (v) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

• With respect to any defective Product you return to us in accordance with the above terms and conditions, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or replace such Product free of charge, or (ii) refund the purchase price of such Product. We will also pay for the shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement Product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective Product.  This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of a Product from our Website, and does not  extend to any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the Product.

• If the packaging containing a Product was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please retain the packaging and the Product in your possession and notify us immediately by phone at 1-844-6 CLARITY (1-844-625-2748)  or by email at care@bioclarity.com with your order number. We will provide you with a label for a return. Once the damaged Product is received by us, we will inspect it and if we determine that the item was damaged in shipping then we will send you a replacement Product at our earliest opportunity.  

2. Cancellations.

• If you wish to cancel an order that was made before 3:00pm (Eastern Time) on a business day, then you must cancel your order before 3:00pm (Eastern Time) on that same day.  However, if you placed an order after 3:00pm (Eastern Time) on a business day, then you must cancel your order before 10:00am (Eastern Time) on the  immediately following day. No cancellations will be processed after the deadlines referenced in the prior two sentences. You can cancel your order by sending an email to care@bioclarity.com or by calling our customer specialists at 1-844-6 CLARITY (1-844-625-2748). In each case we will need your order number in order to process the cancellation.  

3. Shipping.  

• We offer free shipping on orders $50 and above throughout the United States. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays.  Orders placed before 3:00pm (Eastern Time) will most likely ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (provided that day is not a Federal holiday). Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days from the order’s ship date. Our default option is to use ground shipping, but if you prefer faster delivery you have the option of selecting two day shipping.

Please include a packing slip and your order number with all returns, because we cannot complete a return without this information. Please ship to us only with a method utilizing a tracking number (such a UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking).

4. Out of Stock Items. 

• We do not accept orders placed for Products on back order. We endeavor to inform our customers who have ordered an out-of-stock item as soon as such item is back in stock.

5. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.

• We are proud to ship to our customers serving in the U.S. military who are located at a military address. Orders to APO addresses will ship via the Military Postal Service Agency, which is an extension of the United States Postal Service.  These shipment times vary and the differences are based on the locations in which these customers are stationed and other factors beyond our control. We are told that some shipments may take up to 45 days, and that there can be a large variation in transit times due to military aircraft schedules, weather, transportation and military operations in theater, or the movement of a service member’s unit.
